PLEASE NOTE that BCHLA is a grass-roots, non-governmental support and lobby group created to protect our choice to homeschool outside of the publicly-funded learning system (including Distributed Learning programs) and under Part 2, Division 4, Sections 12-14 of the BC School Act. Due to time constraints of our volunteers, questions regarding regarding Section 12 homeschooling may take priority over other inquiries.
